Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own money movement reliability and control systems, spanning fiat and crypto flows. You will define service levels, implement controls, and work with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure safe, compliant fund movement.

You will lead real-time detection, end-to-end tracing, and scalable AI-driven remediation, setting the standard for reliability across the platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in money movement or financial platforms.
• Strategy ownership for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Ability to set standards across orgs in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision for money movement reliability and controls.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for funds flow.
• Build controls infrastructure for risk, compliance, and financial controls.
• Drive real-time detection and tracing across rails, networks, and ledger.
• Scale correctness with AI agents proposing controls and triage alerts.
