Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the money movement systems that move cash and crypto across rails and ledgers. You will set the reliability standard, lead governance for controls, and drive detection and remediation across multiple product groups.

You'll partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and other teams to define ownership and ensure fund-flow integrity in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with money movement or financial platforms experience.
• Proven track record building large-scale financial systems and payment flows.
• Fluent in distributed systems, event streaming, and ledgering concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year vision for money movement reliability and controls.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for funds flow.
• Build controls infrastructure for risk, compliance and financial controls.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails and ledgers.
• Scale correctness with AI agents and governance-limited remediation.
