Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the systems that ensure every fund flow reaches a correct terminal state—controlling safe movement, detecting slips, and enabling remediation.

You’ll set reliability standards for money movement and lead across multiple product teams to enforce them. You’ll own the multi-year strategy for money movement, build governance across fiat and crypto rails, and drive real-time detection and tracing with AI-supported tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement or payments at scale.
• Strategy ownership for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Fluent in distributed systems, idempotency, reconciliation, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability across fiat and crypto.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for fund flows.
• Build the controls infrastructure applying risk, compliance, and financial controls.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails and ledgers.
• Scale correctness with AI agents to propose controls and triage alerts.
