Coinbase is a remote-first company building the future of finance. We seek a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own money movement reliability across fiat and crypto, defining per-rail service levels and controls across ledgers and payment rails.

You'll drive real-time detection, end-to-end tracing, and AI-assisted governance, partnering with Compliance, Risk, Finance and product teams to ensure safe, compliant fund flows at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build the controls infrastructure governing money movement and verify flows before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to resolve failures fast.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls from product specs and triage alerts.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership.
