Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the reliability and controls of money movement across fiat and crypto. You will define service levels and targets, and lead cross-functional efforts to ensure funds reach a correct terminal state.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance and product groups to establish control ownership, drive real-time detection, and scale with AI-driven, governed improvements to cost and quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management focused on money movement or financial platforms.
• Experience owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems and ledgering concepts.
• Ability to set cross-team standards in a highly regulated environment.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight for outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Define per-rail service levels and resolution targets for every fund flow.
• Build and enforce controls infrastructure for risk, compliance, and financial safeguards.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, and ledgers.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls and triage alerts.
