Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub to own the money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto, setting service levels and resolution targets for every fund flow.

You will build controls infrastructure, drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing, scale with AI agents, and partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to ensure safe, compliant money movement at scale.

Qualifications

• 10 years of product management experience in money movement or payments at scale.
• Experience owning strategy for large-scale financial systems.
• Deep fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, ledgering.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build the controls infrastructure governing money movement across risk, compliance, and financial controls.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to resolve failures fast.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls from product specs and triage alerts.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and accountability.
