Qualificações

• 10+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in money movement, payments infrastructure, ledgering, or financial platforms at scale.
• Track record owning strategy for large-scale money movement or financial systems—payment processing, transfers, ledgers, reconciliation, or reliability layers.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering, reconciliation, and design of preventive/detective controls.
• Demonstrated ability to set standards that other teams must meet and enforce across boundaries in a regulated environment.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto, defining service levels and targets.
• Build the controls infrastructure governing money movement and verify controls ran and passed before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across rails, networks, controls, and ledger to identify and resolve failures.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls, triage alerts, and remediate within governed limits.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and product groups to establish control ownership and accountability.
