Coinbase is seeking a Group Product Manager for FinHub within Platform to own the systems that ensure every fund flow reaches a correct terminal state — implementing safety controls, fast detection, and effective remediation. You will set the reliability standard for money movement at Coinbase and lead through influence across multiple teams.

Competenze

• 10+ years of product management experience in money movement or payments.
• Strategy ownership for large-scale money movement or financial systems.

Mansioni

• Own the multi-year vision and strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto, defining per-rail service levels and resolution targets for every fund flow.
• Build the controls infrastructure governing money movement - determining applicable risk, compliance, and financial controls and ensuring they pass before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across payment rails, blockchain networks, controls, and the ledger to identify and resolve failures fast.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls from product specs, triage alerts, and remediate within governed limits.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and every product group that moves money to establish control ownership and hold teams accountable for their fund flows.
