Hanger Clinic is seeking a Group Practice Manager to lead a small network of O&P clinics, ensuring timely, high‑quality patient care and a connected operating model across locations.

The role may include up to 60% direct patient care while driving performance, aligning resources, and fostering a collaborative culture among clinicians and staff. Strong leadership and financial acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics from the ABC or BOC, or

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across a network of O&P clinics.
• Coordinate staffing plans and support recruitment with HR.
• Mentor and oversee clinical staff to uphold best practices and standards.
• Partner with clinicians and CSA team for training and care capabilities.
• Drive clinical excellence and engage employees to foster collaboration.
• Participate in direct patient care up to 60% as appropriate.
• Oversee daily operations and align strategies with leadership across locations.
• Monitor KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Build relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders.
