Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Group Practice Manager (GPM) to lead a network of orthotic and prosthetic clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple locations. This role combines operational leadership with clinical oversight to drive performance and patient outcomes.

The GPM will manage 8–10 direct reports, mentor staff, and align clinical and operational strategies across the Kalamazoo market, with up to 60% hands-on patient care as appropriate and periodic travel to locations.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics or healthcare administration.
• Minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of 8–10 O&P clinics to ensure timely, high-quality patient care across locations.
• Oversee daily operations and align clinical and operational strategies with senior leadership.
• Mentor clinical and support staff to promote best practices and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
