Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Group Payroll Processor to administer payroll, HR, and benefits for a network of market centers and depots in the U.S. You will ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax laws and manage data entry in HRIS and timekeeping systems.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and effective communication with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of payroll processing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with ADP Enterprise systems and timekeeping is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Verify new hires, hires status, and employment eligibility per US laws.
• Input payroll data into HRIS and timekeeping systems and run reports as needed.
• Respond to compliance requests and audits with timely documentation.
• Maintain accuracy in payroll records and meet deadlines.
