Job summary

Terracon Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Lead to implement and manage large-scale, national programs in engineering consulting.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, coordinate resources, and drive growth across service lines. You will build and nurture client relationships, lead major pursuits, and serve as a market expert while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance; act as a liaison among service lines, sector teams, and clients to align efforts and deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 9 years of related experience; or 13 years without a degree.
Strong environmental or engineering consulting and client development background.
Experience in client engagement, proposal writing, and commercial agreements.
Valid driver's license may be required.
Ability to obtain Authorized Project Reviewer status by Terracon preferred.
Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage company-wide programs and strategic initiatives.
Translate strategy into actionable steps; drive tactical execution.
Develop the pursuit pipeline by identifying opportunities and coordinating pursuits.
Coordinate resources across operations, service lines, and client teams.
Ensure alignment with sector and service line strategy and safety standards.
Support new client development and maintain client relationships.
