Job summary

Terracon is seeking a senior leader to oversee the implementation and management of large-scale, nationwide programs for an engineering consulting firm. You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate resources, and develop client relationships while supporting growth across focus areas.

In this role you will collaborate with operations, service lines, and client teams to align with Terracon's strategic plan, lead pursuits, and uphold safety and quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science or geology, with 9 years of related experience.
• Strong environmental or engineering consulting and client development background.
• Experience in client engagement, proposal writing and commercial agreements.
• Valid driver’s license; acceptable violation history may be required.
• PG/PE designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of large-scale programs.
• Develop pursuit pipelines and ensure growth across service lines.
• Serve as liaison among service lines, operations and client teams.
• Translate strategic plan into actionable work plans.
• Promote safety and quality control across the region.
