Ryder System, Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking a Group Manager Logistics I to oversee the financial, operational and staff aspects of multiple accounts within our Supply Chain Solutions division.

This exempt salary role reports to leadership, drives KPI improvements, safety and customer satisfaction, and is responsible for developing direct and indirect reports while controlling staffing and performance. The position offers competitive pay ($120,000–$140,000 annually) with an up to 20% bonus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain, or 2+ years related experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse roles.
• 5+ years in managing and developing direct reports.
• LEAN work environment experience.
• 3+ years leading multi-client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess skills, provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports.
• Improve location processes and KPI tracking.
• Assist with SOX invoice reconciliation and revenue recognition where applicable.
• Manage customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.
