Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in supply chain/logistics.
• 5+ years managing multi-level teams.
• Experience developing and implementing complete logistics solutions and project management.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess skills, IDPs, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Develop direct and indirect reports and ensure effective staffing.
• Create location processes and maintain SCLM; cross-train CLS/CLC.
• Coordinate customer satisfaction and KPI improvement.
• Reduce overtime and improve safety reporting and follow-up.
• Lead location process improvements and self-audits.
