Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field; 2+ years relevant work exp.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field; leadership exp preferred.
• 3+ years in Lean environment and in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess performance, provide ongoing feedback, and coach staff.
• Develop direct and indirect reports; ensure staffing levels meet demand.
• Create and optimize location processes; cross-train CLS/CLC.
• Improve customer satisfaction and KPI tracking; ensure staff are trained.
