Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years of direct reports management experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation/warehouse logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees under responsibility and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll and accounting tasks including AP and invoicing.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L statements and report profitability.
• Lead safety meetings and provide safety training to staff.
