Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field; 5+ years of relevant work experience required
• Master's Degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years or more in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• 5+ years or more in managing/directing reports
• 3+ years experience in Lean environments
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs
• Knowledge of truck brokerage and Ryder products/services is preferred
• Ryder Financial Reporting and accounting procedures (Walker) knowledge is preferred
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office) intermediate, required

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts for financial, operational and HR outcomes
• Lead development and coaching of direct and indirect reports
• Improve location processes and cross-training across teams
• Monitor KPI tracking and drive customer satisfaction
• Ensure SOX invoice reconciliation and revenue recognition duties as applicable
• Conduct ongoing self-audits of processes and accountabilities
