Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent work experience.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Goal setting, performance reviews, and employee feedback; development plans and disciplinary actions.
• Escalate to director when needed; manage direct and indirect reports.
• Maintain staffing levels and develop location processes; cross-train CLS/CLC.
• Review KPI tracking and improve performance; ensure staff trained in Transportation/Distribution Management.
