Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years managing and developing direct reports preferred.
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse roles preferred.
• LEAN experience and project leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set goals, assess skills, develop employees, and evaluate performance.
• Manage disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
• Oversee staffing, KPI tracking, and location processes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor CLS/CLC staff.
