Ryder System, Inc. in Georgia seeks a Group Manager Logistics I to oversee the financial, operational and employee aspects of multiple accounts, ensuring profitable retention and growth while meeting safety and customer satisfaction goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or an additional two years of relevant work experience
• Master's degree in related field preferred
• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
• 5+ years in managing direct reports and large multi-level teams
• 3+ years in logistics solutions and project management
• LEAN work environment experience preferred
• Customer KPI management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and RD2000 system

Responsabilidades

• Goal setting, performance evaluation, and employee development.
• Staffing and training to ensure adequate coverage.
• Developing location processes and cross-training staff.
• Improve customer satisfaction and KPI tracking.
• Reduce overtime and safety incidents; manage incident reporting.
• Lead process improvements and audits across locations.
• SOX invoicing reconciliation and revenue recognition tasks.
