Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related; or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in relevant supply chain/logistics experience.
• 5+ years in managing/direct reports preferred.
• 3+ years in leading teams in LEAN environments preferred.
• 3+ years in pursuing profit & loss responsibilities preferred.
• 1+ year managing customer KPIs required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple accounts including financial and operational performance.
• Drive customer satisfaction and KPI improvement across accounts.
• Develop, coach and supervise direct and indirect reports.
