Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field; 5 years+ experience in logistics/supply chain.
• Master's degree preferred; 3+ years leading multi-level teams and managing KPIs.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing logistics solutions and lean processes.
• Experience with LEAN, P&L responsibility, and multi-client environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Set goals, assess skills, and manage career development and performance Reviews.
• Develop direct and indirect reports, ensure staffing levels and training.
• Create and improve location processes; cross-train CLS/CLC teams.
• Drive customer satisfaction, monitor KPI trends, and ensure safety compliance.
• Reduce unnecessary overtime; oversee safety reporting and incident follow-ups.
• Lead location process improvements and accountability for accounts.
• Handle SOX-related tasks and revenue recognition preparation where applicable.
