Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Group Lesson Supervisor for the Solitude Ski & Ride School in Utah. The role oversees daily group lesson products for kids and adults, school groups, and community programs, with responsibilities spanning staffing, training, timekeeping, evaluations, and offboarding.

Requirements include PSIA-AASI Level I Certification (II preferred), strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to use basic computer programs for operations and scheduling.

• Able to synthesize data and make timely staffing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high-performing team of instructors through coaching, training, and ongoing skill development.
• Coordinate and oversee school groups and grant-funded community programs.
• Support daily ski school operations and oversee staffing and scheduling.

Education

PSIA-AASI Level I Certification
