Daniel Defense in Georgia is seeking a Group Leader for the D shift to lead a manufacturing team on the shop floor. The role focuses on meeting daily production goals, mentoring a team of 4-9 and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement SOPs, monitor metrics, and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives while maintaining high integrity and teamwork.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field with 5 years manufacturing experience.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong integrity, professionalism and teamwork and communication.
• Ability to manage daily production goals and metrics.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of 4-9 employees to meet daily production goals.
• Set, monitor, and report daily production metrics.
• Maintain time and attendance and schedule shifts.
