Job summary

You will drive continuous improvement using Lean tools, manage performance, and coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs while upholding our commitment to quality, integrity, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field; 5 years previous manufacturing experience or combination of related experience, education and/or training to sufficiently and successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-9 employees, maintaining an optimum span of control.
• Set, monitor and meet daily production goals and daily metric reporting.
• Hold team members accountable to meeting company objectives and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain time and attendance daily.
• Develop staff through performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
• Lead shifts to meet production requirements and KPIs.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce SOPs.
• Participate in EHS training events.
• Troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to prioritize and solve problems.
• Provide discipline, training and development to improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery and Productivity.
• Contribute to company standards on integrity and a positive work environment.
• Utilize Lean tools to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
