Daniel Defense LLC in Black Creek, GA, is seeking a Team Leader for the Mixed Model (D shift: Thu/Fri/Sat 7pm to 7:30am). You will lead a manufacturing team, drive daily production goals, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in manufacturing or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing and 1–2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Degree in manufacturing or related field with 3 years manufacturing experience.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred in manufacturing.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.
• Teamwork and proactive collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication, ability to interact with all levels.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an optimum span of control of team members (5–9).
• Provide training and development to improve Safety, 6S, Quality, Cost and Efficiency.
• Set, monitor, and meet daily production goals and daily metric reporting.
• Ensure shifts and breaks start/end on time; communicate with team to meet daily production requirements.
• Lead the team in a production environment and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Implement, audit, and ensure use of SOPs.
• Troubleshoot with respective teams to prioritize and solve problems.
• Utilize Lean tools to improve manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrate commitment to environmental health and safety principles.
• Contribute to company standards on integrity and a positive work environment.
• Other duties as deemed by management.
