Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT, is seeking a Factory Quality Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our lithography systems. You will drive quality improvements, lead investigations, and collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, and supplier quality to strengthen processes that support operational excellence.

The role requires a technical engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing or quality environments, with experience in statistics, quality systems, and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (engineering disciplines).
• 2+ years of manufacturing or quality engineering experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality systems.
• Knowledge of process control, failure analysis, risk assessment methodologies, and data analysis tools.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze process performance data and recommend improvements.
• Conduct measurement system evaluations and support improvements in measurement accuracy and reliability.
• Lead quality reviews and facilitate resolution of complex manufacturing issues.
• Maintain risk assessments and update quality documentation after process changes.
• Support quality audits and closure of identified gaps.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and other stakeholders to improve operations.
