Job summary

ASML in California is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer within Strategic Sourcing & Procurement to support Development & Engineering projects. You will collaborate with suppliers and ASML development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will lead early supplier involvement, implement PPAP/FAI processes, and drive improvements through DFMEA, SPC, and CAPA. A strong background in high-tech manufacturing and quality systems is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master’s degree in industrial engineering, optics, mechatronics, electronics or related field.
Broad (at least 3-5 years, preferably >5).
Experience in high-tech industry with focus on supplier quality management or part quality in engineering.

Responsibilities

Coordinate SQE activities within the project and with other SQE colleagues.
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and supplier selection.
Involve suppliers early in development to integrate ASML technology.
Document collaboration via a Statement of Work (SoW).
Ensure parts quality, manufacturability and serviceability in design, including lessons learned.
Deliverables to secure supplier quality: acceptance, qualification, and process controls.
