Job summary

ASML is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer in a fast-paced development environment to support Development & Engineering projects. You will manage supplier quality activities from early involvement through product maturity, ensuring readiness for volume release and timely delivery of parts.

You will collaborate with suppliers and ASML development teams to optimize product generation processes, drive process improvements, and ensure product quality across manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master level degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in high-tech industry with complex modules and supplier quality.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt and quality systems experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SQE activities and deliverables within the project.
• Involve suppliers early in development and participate in NPI and supplier selection.
• Document collaboration via a Statement of Work (SoW).
• Ensure parts quality, manufacturability and serviceability in the design phase.
• Deliverables include acceptance of specifications, complete qualification, FAI, and PPAP.
• Drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk management with suppliers.
• Interface with project leaders, design engineers, manufacturing and logistics.
