Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Manager in San Diego to lead a team ensuring DUV systems meet the highest quality standards. You will drive quality initiatives, lead a cross-functional team, and manage KPIs, audits and customer interactions to enhance product reliability.

The role requires extensive experience in manufacturing quality and leadership, with a hands-on mindset and strong data-driven communication across global teams. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience or Master's in a technical field.
• Ten years of related experience in quality/manufacturing quality.
• Experience leading and coordinating quality teams.
• Experience in a global technology manufacturing environment.
• Lean, Six Sigma, ISO Auditor, SPC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to Q&E strategy and annual plan for the department.
• Drives execution of quality roadmap and KPIs.
• Manages quality engineers and quality inspectors.
• Leads Quality Review Board and deploys Quality Programs.
• Ensures safety, quality and customer focus in all activities.
