Highgate is seeking a Complex Group Housing Coordinator to efficiently build and maintain group and airline blocks using MARSHA and Passkey at the Westin Las Vegas. You will train and supervise Housing Coordinators and support the sales team with accurate block management.

This full-time, hourly role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years in hotel reservation/sales, with CI/MARSHA and Passkey familiarity seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in hotel reservation/sales.
• Experience with Marriott CI and MARSHA is a plus; Passkey experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Accurately build group/airline blocks in MARSHA & Passkey.
• Create booking link in Passkey.
• Create Mini-Hotel Codes in MARSHA.
• Update and maintain group blocks and related tasks daily.
