Job summary

Highgate Hotels in Paradise, NV seeks a Complex Sr. Housing Coordinator to build and maintain group and airline blocks in PMS and Passkey, coordinating housing operations and supervising Housing Coordinators.

The role requires 2–4 years of hotel reservation/sales experience, familiarity with Marriott CI, MARSHA, and Passkey, plus the ability to manage inventory, deadlines and client communications with a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of progressive hotel reservation/sales experience.
• Experience in Marriott Consolidated Inventory CI and MARSHA a plus.
• Experience in Passkey a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately build group/airline blocks in MARSHA and Passkey.
• Create booking link in Passkey.
• Create Mini-Hotel Codes in MARSHA.
• Complete Group Housing CI/TY tasks on daily basis; including tasks assigned by the sales/catering teams.
• Review new definite groups with Director of Group Sales and/or Event Manager.
• Maintain accurate inventory in group blocks and awareness of group cut-off dates.
• Run weekly & monthly pickup reports including citywide housing reports.
• Verify and submit commission & rebate report for payment.
• Assist reservation team when needed with airline manifest.
• Attend meetings/training as required by management.
