Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Group Home Supervisor to oversee direct support staff and ensure a safe, well-maintained home for residents with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. This role emphasizes people-centered care and effective scheduling across shifts.

You will supervise staff, hire Direct Support Professionals, and manage budgets while ensuring adherence to training requirements and program goals. On-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Flexible schedule and on-call coverage availability.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible at first training after acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
• Performs personal care duties performed by Direct Support staff.
• Monitors staff interactions with people supported across all shifts and provides feedback.
