Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor to oversee two or more Direct Support Employees in residential settings. You will interview, hire, train, assign work, review performance, and provide coaching to promote team effectiveness.

The role includes after-hours on-call coverage and ensuring safe, clean homes aligned with individual support plans. Responsibilities also involve monitoring staff interactions with people we support, meeting training requirements, and supporting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in health-related field or two years of health-related experience preferred.
• One year experience with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• CPR, First Aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification a plus.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid driver's license may be required for transportation roles.
• Pre-employment screening and credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more Direct Support Employees.
• Manage residential homes/facilities assigned.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Ensure training requirements are met.
• Assist people supported to achieve personal goals.
• Address employee issues and resolve problems.
• Maintain clean, safe living environment.
