Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule-wise to support and learn program needs.
• Must attend a 2-week paid orientation, Rutland, MA.
• MAPS certification required, or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a group home and supervise staff.
• Manage the program budget and ensure quality milieu services.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including Medication Administration Protocols.
• Supervise shifts and assist the Adult Services Director with programming development.
