Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator to direct daily operations of our campus homes and ensure quality services that meet regulatory requirements. You will lead and mentor staff and collaborate with center leadership to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of supervision experience with adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses, plus a Bachelor’s degree in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
• At least 3 years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses; at least one year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee assistant Coordinator, residential program leaders, and residential staff to ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment.
