Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts is seeking a Program Coordinator to run the daily operations of a group home, supervise staff, and manage the program budget. This role ensures compliance with all contracts and regulations and supports development of programming for the house.

You will work with dedicated professionals to help adults with developmental challenges live more independently, with staff coaching, shifts coverage, and close collaboration with the Adult Services

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid drivers license required.
• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors degree preferred .
• Previous experience working in a congregate care setting required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be flexible schedule-wise in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the program.
• Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM in Rutland, MA.
• Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a group home.
• Supervise staff and manage program budget.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal contracts and regulations, including Medication Administration Protocols.
• Collaborate with Adult Services Director to develop programming for the house.
