Job summary
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Program Coordinator to direct daily operations of assigned residential facilities, ensuring quality services, therapeutic progress, and safety in line with Devereux Philosophy of Care. You will supervise the assistant Coordinator and residential staff, collaborate with Center Leadership, and support staff development through training and mentoring.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services.
- At least 3 years of experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses.
- At least one year of supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee staff and ensure safety, health, and a clean environment.
- Supervise and mentor residential program leaders and staff.
- Ensure compliance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
