Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Cape May, NJ, seeks a Program Manager to lead a group home and coordinate occupational, recreational and developmental plans for individuals in our care. The role reports to the Program Director and requires strong leadership, a collaborative mindset and dedication to high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license is required.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee staff within the assigned program(s) including hiring, performance management, attendance, payroll accuracy and training compliance.
• Ensure all shifts are adequately covered.
• Supervise the planning, implementation and documentation of programs addressing social, emotional, physical and personal needs.
• Plan and participate in group outings for individuals.
• Manage shopping for home necessities (food, clothing, household items).
• Schedule and transport individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips and day programs/schools.
