A developmental disability service provider in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Group Home Manager/QDDP to oversee day-to-day operations of a residential group home. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, be qualified as a QDDP, and have at least 2 years of experience. Formación

• Must qualify as Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) under state regulations.
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
