Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee medication management and healthcare appointments.
• Recruit, train, and supervise direct support professionals and manage staff schedules.
• Document services, incidents, and progress notes; oversee ISP implementation.
• Coordinate community activities, admissions, and transition planning.
