Job summary

Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana Inc. is seeking a QDDP to oversee services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Hammond, LA.

You will implement IHP-driven care, coordinate monthly and annual clinical reports, and ensure quality outcomes while advocating for consumers. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with licensing and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field.
• Two years’ experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Two years supervisory management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• QDDP in ICF/DD or Waiver residential settings is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of service and support to individuals with ID/DD in accordance with IHP.
• Coordinate clinical components of services including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Ensure IHP meets individual needs and outcomes with ongoing monitoring.
• Supervise Home Manager and assist with staffing and performance reviews.
• Promote safety, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies.
