Job summary

AVID QUALITY CARE LLC is seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee a residential group home for adults with developmental disabilities. This is a live-in position requiring on-site residence to ensure safety, well-being, and quality care at all times.

You will manage daily operations, implement individualized programs, monitor medical and behavioral needs, maintain records and budgets, and serve as the main contact for staff, families, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer & phone skills (MS TEAMS, email, text, call).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
