Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (Title XIX) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of services and supports for individuals with ID/DD.
• Ensure quality assessments and timely medical follow-up are completed.
• Coordinate treatment, recommendations, and monitoring of plans.
• Recruit, supervise, and appraise DSP staff and oversee group homes.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Participate in IHP team meetings and monitor program excellence.
