• Experience in hotel/group sales and revenue generation.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and close sales.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals via prospecting, calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through direct solicitation and contract development.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel to clients.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and maintain relationships with clients.
• Develop persuasive sales presentations and communicate directions to hotel teams.
• Prepare customer correspondence and internal reports.
• Participate in business review meetings and trainings as required.
