Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet revenue goals through prospecting, calls, site inspections, and written communication.
• Produce revenue from rooms, banquet, and room rental through direct solicitation, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and ensure high-quality service.
• Develop and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Entertain clients and prepare information for meetings and events.
• Communicate clearly with all hotel departments to align service delivery.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings to source new business.
• Stay informed on market trends and key customers of the hotel.
