Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead hospitality sales and revenue growth.

You will drive sales strategies, develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while collaborating with marketing to create compelling promotions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
