Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Group Director, Lifestyle to lead executive relationships and expansion revenue for consumer brands. You will manage a portfolio with long, high‑consideration purchase cycles and coach Account Directors to apply AI‑enabled growth.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on client delivery and cross‑functional collaboration. You will shape the division’s AI workflows, own the P&L for the portfolio, and partner with Sales and Data Intelligence to drive measurable

Qualifications

• Department leadership experience required with direct reports to AD level or higher.
• 10+ years of leadership in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitable growth.
• Deep fluency in higher‑consideration D2C journeys and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own expansion and retention targets for the top accounts.
• Maintain accurate weekly retention forecasts and pipeline.
• Lead quarterly plans for top portfolios with strategic impact.
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen positioning and collateral.
• Coach teams to operate as AI‑Native Growth Directors.
• Oversee division go‑to‑market and client delivery quality.
