Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Group Director, Lifestyle to lead executive relationships and drive expansion revenue for consumer product brands. You will oversee a high-impact portfolio, shape go-to-market strategy, and guide AI-enabled growth across cross-functional teams.

You will manage retention, CAC payback, and LTV within longer purchase cycles, while mentoring Account Directors and collaborating with Sales to win new business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and P&L
• Deep experience with higher-AOV, long-tail D2C journeys and multi-touch attribution

Responsibilities

• Own net revenue retention and expansion MRR for the division.
• Maintain executive relationships with top accounts and conduct monthly check-ins.
• Manage retention forecast and track CAC payback, AOV, and consideration cycles.
• Lead quarterly plans for top 10% of the portfolio and guide expansion proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales to sharpen positioning, collateral, and win rate.
• Directly manage Account Directors and oversee the Associate Director pod.
• Coach teams to operate as AI-Native Growth Directors with faster diagnostics.
